Talos360 provides structured implementation and ongoing support to ensure every customer is successful with Talos ATS.
During deployment, customers are supported by a Customer Success Manager who either leads delivery directly or works alongside an Enterprise Deployment Consultant where required. This ensures organisations receive the right level of expertise throughout scoping, configuration, training and go-live.
Post implementation, every customer retains a named Customer Success Manager and Account Manager. The Account Manager manages the commercial relationship and strategic alignment, while the Customer Success Manager focuses on adoption, platform optimisation, regular health checks and best-practice guidance.
Operational support is delivered through the Talos Support Centre by a UK-based team of over ten specialists, providing tiered 1st, 2nd and 3rd line assistance via telephone, ticketing portal and in-platform live chat during business hours. Support is included within the annual licence fee and is available without usage limits for HR teams, Hiring Managers, agencies and candidates. Priority 1 incidents are monitored 24x7 with accelerated response targets.

Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
Talos ATS is implemented through a structured and well-governed onboarding process designed to minimise disruption to live recruitment activity.
Following contract call-off, customers are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who acts as the primary point of contact and is responsible for delivery, coordination and governance. Where required, the CSM works alongside an Enterprise Deployment Consultant to support complex environments or large-scale rollouts.
Within seven days of contract signature, an initial Talos ATS environment is typically provided to enable early recruitment activity while configuration continues.
During configuration, Talos works with customers to define organisational structures, user roles and permissions, workflows, approval processes, data requirements and careers site branding.
Talos configures the system using standard platform tools, including workflows, application forms, communications and integrations. No bespoke software development is required.
Customers complete User Acceptance Testing before go-live.
Training is delivered through live remote sessions, recorded materials and user documentation.
Post go-live, customers are supported by a named Account Manager and CSM for ongoing optimisation and best-practice guidance.
Implementation is delivered remotely and aligned to agreed timelines and service levels. - Service documentation

- End-of-contract data extraction
-
Upon a contract's conclusion with Talos ATS, users initiate the data extraction process by contacting their Account Manager or the support team. Talos guides users through selecting desired data sets and the format, typically CSV or Excel, for extraction.
A timeline is set, ensuring data delivery aligns with the contract's end. The process adheres to strict data protection protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Finally, Talos securely transfers the extracted data to the user, facilitating a smooth transition and ensuring users retain access to their valuable recruitment information post-contract. - End-of-contract process
-
We’ll continue to facilitate a seamless transition, assisting you in closing accounts and ensuring that data is safely and securely ported to them according to their specifications.
This comprehensive support underscores our commitment to delivering a positive and hassle-free experience at every stage of your engagement with Talos360. - Documentation accessibility standard

API access is provisioned and configured by Talos following a request through the Support Centre. Once approved, customers are provided with secure credentials and technical documentation to enable agreed integrations.
These interfaces support the retrieval and synchronisation of key datasets, including vacancies, candidate records and onboarding status.
Configuration of the Talos platform, including workflow design, form configuration and system administration, is managed through the Talos user interface rather than via API. The integration interfaces are not open or publicly exposed and do not provide unrestricted programmatic control of the service.

Scaling
- Independence of resources
- Talos ATS uses Microsoft Azure's Platform as a Service (PaaS) with automatic scaling, ensuring computing resources adjust in real time based on demand. Azure Traffic Manager distributes user requests across multiple regions and instances, preventing any single point from becoming overloaded. This guarantees consistent performance and minimal latency, even during peak usage, so users remain unaffected by others’ activity.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
- Talos360 guarantees system availability of over 99.5% per calendar month and hosts its services on Microsoft Azure with geo-redundant storage, a 4-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO), and a 5-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO). While outages are communicated via email and in-platform alerts, no explicit refund or financial remedy is offered if availability falls below this threshold. Support SLAs include 30-minute response times for critical issues and 8 hours for product faults, with service hours from 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Approach to resilience
- Talos360's service is designed with high resilience through its hosting on Microsoft Azure’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure. Data is geo-replicated across multiple UK and EEA Azure regions, providing robust protection against localised outages or disasters. This setup ensures continuity even in the event of regional failure. Automatic scaling and traffic distribution via Azure Traffic Manager help maintain optimal performance and prevent bottlenecks. Regular encrypted backups are performed, with a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 4 hours and a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 5 minutes, ensuring fast and minimal-loss recovery. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ and complies with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and CSA CCM standards. Physical access to datacentres is strictly controlled, and annual penetration testing is conducted by CREST-accredited providers. Further architectural details can be provided upon request.
- Outage reporting
- Talos360 reports service outages directly to affected customers via email alerts, providing timely updates on the nature of the issue and progress toward resolution. In cases of service degradation, notifications may also be displayed within the ATS platform interface. While there is no public status dashboard or outage API currently available, clients benefit from direct communication and ongoing support during any disruption. This approach ensures that updates are clear, targeted, and aligned with client-specific impact.

All support interactions are logged and monitored, with sensitive actions requiring elevated permissions. Administrative access is limited to authorised personnel and conducted over secure, encrypted channels. Changes or access requests follow formal approval workflows.
