Our service is ITIL-aligned, covering incident, problem, and change management through multi-channel access, including phone, email, and a dedicated ticketing portal. The service includes break-fix troubleshooting, administrative configuration advice, root cause analysis for major incidents, and a priority escalation path to Google Engineering Support. All support is driven by contract-backed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the rapid resolution of business-critical issues.
Cost of different support levels. Our managed support is provided for a predictable annual cost for unlimited remote technical assistance. For large-scale enterprise deployments, our scalable architecture provides economies of scale that reduce the cost-per-ticket for high-volume estates. Technical account management and engineers. Support is delivered by certified Google Professional Cloud Engineers. For Enterprise tiers, we provide a dedicated Strategic Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee governance and regular service review meetings. End-of-contract data extraction
As Cameyo provides application virtualisation, data from the applications cannot be extracted through Cameyo, only though the application interface itself.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, the license will expire and the applications will no longer be presented to users. You can continue the service for another subscription to maintain full access to all premium features. The subscription can be moved to a different authorised reseller at the end of the contract.

Cameyo is managed via a centralised, cloud-based Admin Console. This simple, intuitive dashboard allows IT administrators to deploy applications, manage user access, and configure policies without needing specialised certifications.
For end-users, the interface is seamless and invisible. Users access full Windows applications directly within their standard Chrome browser or via a Progressive Web App (PWA). There is no distinct ‘Cameyo interface’ to learn; users simply click a link or icon, and the application launches immediately in a browser tab, preserving the native look and feel of the software.

Infrastructure Resilience: The service inherits GCP’s Tier-4 data centre capabilities, featuring redundant power, cooling, and networking across physically separated availability zones. This ensures that hardware failures in one zone do not impact overall service availability.
Service Design: Cameyo employs elastic, auto-scaling server clusters. If a server instance fails or becomes unresponsive, the platform’s load balancers automatically reroute traffic to healthy instances. Because Cameyo servers are non-persistent (stateless), a failed node can be instantly terminated and replaced without data loss.
Data Resilience: User data and profiles are decoupled from the compute layer (utilizing Session Sync or external cloud storage like Google Drive). This ensures that even in the event of a total server failure, user data remains safe and accessible upon the next login.
