End-of-contract data extraction
When the Contract ends, the licensed access to data by customers will terminate. Within three months of this date (in accordance with our Retention and Deletion Policy) all data relating to the customer installation will be removed. A Certificate of Destruction Certificate can be issued upon request.
End-of-contract process
Following contract termination, if further access to the data is required for customer processing then the data can be relicensed online.
