We do not store the users proprietary data.

On completion of contract the users usage data (for example logs, service tickets, caching, indexes etc.) can be provided on request and will be wiped from our system.
End-of-contract process
As the service only consumes only the customers data and provides relevant results, all data is owned by the customer and would be provided at the end of the contract. Any data loading support to a third party system would require discussion with the technical team and may incur a charge.

Description of service interface
There is a Tetra Connect user interface available where the customers can manually search permutations and view results in real time. All configurations and scoring permutations are also visible and configurable via the interface.

Approach to resilience
Tetra Connect is built on cloud-native architecture designed for resilience and high availability. The service uses containerised deployment (Docker) enabling rapid scaling and recovery. When provided as a managed service, environments are logically segregated to prevent cross-customer impact. Infrastructure leverages cloud provider resilience features including redundant storage and automatic failover capabilities. Specific availability SLAs and resilience configurations are agreed per deployment based on customer requirements.
Outage reporting
Outages are reported through agreed channels on a per-deployment basis. For managed service customers, we provide proactive notification via email to designated contacts. Customers can also report issues via our support email, with response times based on severity level (Critical: 2 hours, Serious: 4 hours, Degraded: 8 hours, Minimal: 48 hours). Incident reports detailing the nature, actions taken, and lessons learned are provided following resolution.
