- Support is delivered remotely during business hours. Some backup or disaster recovery features depend on the capabilities of the buyer’s chosen platform. Buyers must provide required administrative access. Remediation or configuration changes outside standard support may incur additional cost.

Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, during which Akita provides a two-hour response time for all ticketed incidents. Akita provides tiered support for backup and disaster recovery environments. All buyers receive access to our technical helpdesk with a two-hour response SLA for incidents raised during business hours. Support includes fault resolution, alert investigation, restore assistance and configuration guidance.
Additional consultancy, optimisation work or remediation outside standard support can be purchased at agreed day rates, based on our SFIA-aligned pricing.
A dedicated technical account manager is not included as standard, although customers with banked time or enhanced support packages can request regular service reviews and named technical contacts. All support is delivered by experienced cloud engineers familiar with leading backup and disaster recovery platforms.
