Cranmore will ensure that customer resources are made aware of the platform architecture.
Cranmore will provide nominated individuals within relevant teams at the customer organisation with a training course on the Mobile Agility platform as part of contract start up.
Nominated staff will also have access to a sandbox environment where they can continue to develop their skills through documentation and user guides (made available through JIRA and Confluence) on how to use the platform.
