As part of your GDPR Consultancy engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will serve as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure our approach aligns with your organisational privacy objectives, operational requirements, and the wider context of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. This includes scheduling workshops and assessments, managing documentation and evidence requests, monitoring progress against agreed milestones, and ensuring every stage of the GDPR consultancy process is delivered in a clear, structured, and efficient manner.
To lead the technical, legal, and governance‑focused elements of the engagement, we will allocate a specialist GDPR Consultant. With expertise in data protection compliance, policy development, privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and privacy‑by‑design principles, the consultant will work closely with your teams to evaluate current practices, identify compliance gaps, and develop tailored recommendations and documentation to enhance your privacy posture.
