Where a named point of contact is required, this can be agreed as part of the engagement so users have clear ownership for support queries and escalation. We help users start using our services by quickly understanding their goals, current capability, and constraints, then agreeing a clear scope and delivery plan. We break work into defined outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities so users know what will be delivered, when it will be delivered, and how success will be measured.
We then set up the practical foundations needed to move from experimentation to production. This includes establishing repeatable ways to track and version data and models, centralising experiment logging, and improving observability so deployed models can be monitored and maintained. We introduce shared approaches such as model documentation, feature management, and provenance so delivery is transparent and teams can collaborate effectively across build, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
