Support levels
We do not provide tiered helpdesk style support packages with differing service levels and associated pricing for this service. Support is delivered as agreed within each engagement and is tailored to the user’s needs, covering practical assistance with operation and use of the delivered solution, defect triage, and resolution of issues within the scope of the work.

We do not offer a dedicated technical account manager or cloud support engineer as a standard, ongoing entitlement. Where a named point of contact is required, this can be agreed as part of the engagement so users have clear ownership for support queries and escalation. Any ongoing support requirements, hours of cover, response targets, and associated costs are defined in the order or statement of work.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
We help users start using our services by quickly understanding their goals, current capability, and constraints, then agreeing a clear scope and delivery plan. We break work into defined outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities so users know what will be delivered, when it will be delivered, and how success will be measured.

We then set up the practical foundations needed to move from experimentation to production. This includes establishing repeatable ways to track and version data and models, centralising experiment logging, and improving observability so deployed models can be monitored and maintained. We introduce shared approaches such as model documentation, feature management, and provenance so delivery is transparent and teams can collaborate effectively across build, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

Throughout onboarding we work closely with customer teams, transferring knowledge and aligning ways of working so they can operate the service confidently.

We work within the users environments therefore all the product and outcomes are theirs and theirs alone. Consequently there should be no need for users to have to extract their own data when the contract ends
End-of-contract process
Sprint and development work is included within the price of the contract, aligned to the agreed deliverables. Therefore anything that is additional to the pre-agreed scope will be additional cost.

Customisation available
Yes
Description of customisation
It will depend on the specifics of the problem statement, we are an MLOps based consultancy so will tailor specifically to the requirements of the client. We have responded 'no' or 'n/a' to the above due to this. We support all of the above based on the customer requirements, after we finish the solution can still be customised further because post completion the customer owns the SaaS product not ourselves.

Scaling

Independence of resources
We are an MLOps consultancy therefore we work within users own environments. Consequently we won't have a situation where other users external to the company that we have contracted with on other projects are affecting the demand placed on services built with another customer.

Configuration and change management approach
We build software on behalf of our customers but we do not operate that software post engagement, our answer is from the perspective of software engineering best practices that we would apply to our customers work.

We use software version control for managing components so that they are tracked through their lifetime. Assess security during code reviews, every change has to go through code review. Where necessary we would also use PenTesting as part of the software delivery lifecycle.

We subscribe to risk ledger which alerts us to vulnerabilities to anything thats in our software supply chain. For each vulnerability we will assess impact to the services we are deploying and building. We always aim to deploy patches within 48 hours of notification.
