- TLS (version 1.2 or above)
- Other
- Other protection within supplier network
- We use a defense‑in‑depth strategy to protect data across cloud and corporate environments, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Environments are segmented and operate on zero‑trust, with least‑privilege access and IAM‑based service authentication. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest with cloud‑native KMS controls. Our cloud perimeter is secured with WAF, DDoS protection, rate‑limiting, and restrictive firewall policies. Endpoints are hardened with EDR, full‑disk encryption, and mandatory updates. Access is tightly governed through SSO with enforced MFA and role‑based access across systems.
Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
Logpoint commits to the following levels of service availability:
Web UI: 99% uptime within every month, except for Maintenance Windows and disaster events. Availability is measured as Logpoint Web UI’s ability to respond to requests.
In case of services not being available according to the commitment, the customer is entitled to Service Credits as a percentage of service charges for the billing period prorated to the duration of the Monthly Period when the incident occurred:
Monthly Uptime Percentage >> Service Credit Percentage
Less than 99%, but more than 95% = 10% credit
Less than 95% = 25% credit
Our internal Service Level Objectives are significantly higher than the communicated commitments, and Logpoint works towards raising the SLA commitments. - Approach to resilience
- Available on request
- Outage reporting
- Outage events (including SaaS upgrades, maintenance) are reported via Zendesk notifications and via the Logpoint technical account owner.
Identity and authentication
- User authentication needed
- Yes
- User authentication
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Access restrictions in management interfaces and support channels
- Centralized Access Management with mandatory MFA. When a user accesses a service, they are authenticated via the OIDC flow, receiving tokens from CAM. The service validates these tokens using the JWKS keyset and extracts user identity and group membership from the token claims to authorize access. MFA is used to protect access to the intenal support channels and systems. Then, RBAC is used to control administrative or support groups who may be granted access to sensitive management or support features.
