Seedili is a standard, configurable product and does not include bespoke software development. Native mobile applications are in active development, expected shortly after framework submission. Standard support (included)
Standard support is included as part of the SaaS subscription. This includes email and ticketed support during UK business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), covering account access, platform usage questions, fault reporting and incident resolution. Support requests are triaged and prioritised through the ticketing system.

Enhanced support (optional, additional cost)
Enhanced support options can be agreed at call-off for buyers requiring additional responsiveness or engagement. This may include extended support hours, priority response times, onboarding support or regular service reviews. Pricing for enhanced support is agreed based on scope and requirements.

Account management and technical support
Buyers are provided with a named service contact. Where required, a Technical Account Manager or specialist technical support engineer can be assigned to support onboarding, configuration and ongoing use of the platform. Any such arrangements are agreed as part of the Call-Off Contract.

Getting started
Seedili is designed to be straightforward for users to start using with minimal setup.

New users are guided through an in-platform onboarding flow that introduces key features, available exam tracks and learning modes. Clear prompts help users select subjects, begin practice activities and understand how the AI tutor and practice engine work.

Seedili provides online user documentation covering account access, platform navigation, learning modes, data use and common questions. Documentation is available digitally and updated as the platform evolves.

For institutional buyers, initial setup includes tenant configuration, user role setup and entitlement configuration, which is supported remotely by Ore Technologies as part of the standard onboarding process. This ensures users can begin using the platform quickly and safely.

Optional onboarding sessions or walkthroughs can be provided remotely where required, subject to agreement at call-off. These sessions focus on platform orientation rather than bespoke training or development.

Ongoing support is available via email or ticketed support during UK business hours to assist users with access issues, usage questions or technical queries as they begin using the service.

Seedili does not require onsite installation or specialist hardware, allowing users to get started immediately through a supported web browser.

End-of-contract data extraction
When a contract ends, users can extract their data from Seedili through a controlled export process. Prior to contract termination, buyers can request a data export via the support team or use available export tools within the platform, subject to role-based permissions.

Exportable data includes user accounts, curriculum configurations, practice activity, readiness scores, progress metrics, and associated metadata belonging to the buyer’s tenant. Data is provided in open, commonly used formats to ensure portability and ease of reuse.

Ore Technologies will support buyers during the exit process to ensure data is transferred securely and in line with contractual and data protection requirements. Once data extraction is complete and confirmed by the buyer, access to the service is disabled and remaining tenant data is securely deleted in accordance with the data retention and sanitisation policies.

Data extraction support as part of contract exit is included within the standard off-boarding process. Any additional bespoke export requirements or extended support can be agreed separately if required.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, Seedili follows a clear and structured off-boarding process to support an orderly exit for the buyer. Prior to contract expiry or termination, Ore Technologies will notify the buyer and agree the steps required for data export, access closure, and service termination.

As part of the standard contract price, buyers may request an export of their tenant data, including user accounts, curriculum configurations, learning progress, readiness scores, and relevant audit metadata. During this period, the service may be placed into a read-only state to prevent changes while data extraction is completed.

Once data export has been completed and confirmed, access to the Seedili platform for that tenant is disabled. Tenant data is then securely deleted in accordance with Ore Technologies’ data retention, sanitisation processes, and applicable data protection requirements.

Standard off-boarding activities, including data export and account closure, are included within the contract price. Additional services—such as bespoke data transformations, extended access beyond the contract end date, or enhanced exit support—are not included and may be provided at additional cost if agreed separately at call-off.

This approach ensures buyers can exit the service securely, transparently, and without vendor lock-in.

Core functionality, dashboards and data visualisations are available on mobile, with layouts optimised for smaller screens. Users can export their data by submitting a request through the Seedili support service. Exports are prepared by Ore Technologies and provided securely to the buyer using an agreed method, such as secure download or encrypted file transfer. Availability and resilience

Seedili is designed to operate as a resilient, highly available cloud-hosted SaaS platform supporting both individual learners and institutional users. The service targets a monthly availability level of 99.5%, measured on a calendar-month basis and excluding planned maintenance. Planned maintenance activities are scheduled in advance and, where possible, carried out outside UK business hours to minimise disruption. Buyers are notified ahead of any planned maintenance windows.

If service availability falls below the stated target in a given month, buyers may be entitled to service credits in accordance with the Call-Off Contract. Service credits are applied as a proportionate reduction to future subscription charges rather than as direct financial refunds. Availability targets, measurement methodology and any applicable credits are agreed at call-off, ensuring they remain appropriate to the scale and nature of the deployment.
Approach to resilience
Seedili is built as a cloud-native SaaS platform deployed on resilient public cloud infrastructure. The underlying infrastructure provides redundancy, resilient storage and managed backup capabilities designed to reduce the risk of service disruption and data loss. Platform components are continuously monitored, with automated alerts supporting timely detection and response to operational issues.

Ore Technologies manages capacity planning, backup schedules and recovery processes to maintain service stability as usage scales. Regular backups are performed to support recovery in the event of incidents. Further details regarding datacentre resilience, geographic redundancy and underlying cloud provider controls can be made available to buyers on request, in line with security and transparency requirements.
Outage reporting
Seedili reports service outages and significant incidents through direct communication with affected buyers. Where an outage occurs, Ore Technologies notifies buyers via email, providing clear information on the nature of the issue, its impact and, where available, expected resolution times. Service updates may also be shared through the support ticketing system, allowing buyers to track progress as incidents are investigated and resolved.

Where appropriate, post-incident communications are issued to summarise the cause of the outage and any corrective actions taken. Seedili does not currently provide a public status dashboard or outage API. Outage information is shared directly with buyers to ensure communication is timely, relevant and appropriately contextualised for the educational environment.
