End-of-contract data extraction
At contract end, organisations can export security recommendations, alerts, compliance data and assessment results stored in Defender for Cloud. Data can be retrieved using Azure Portal export tools, Resource Graph queries or API-based methods. Ingentive can provide guidance or assisted extraction as a professional service.
End-of-contract process
Subscription and service settings are managed through the Azure portal. Disabling Defender for Cloud stops further assessments and alerts, while existing data remains available for the configured retention period. After this period, data is automatically deleted in line with Azure policies. Ingentive can support transition and handover activities on request.
