End-of-contract data extraction
Cognigy.AI supports multiple data extraction mechanisms that customers can use before contract termination to retain their data. This includes retrieving conversational analytics via the OData Analytics endpoint (standard REST/OData), exporting dashboards and report data to CSV via the Insights UI, using profile data export APIs, and leveraging REST/CLI methods to pull configuration and resource definitions. Because Cognigy may expire stored data based on retention settings, exporting before your access ends is critical.
End-of-contract process
Cognigy does not typically charge extra for you to extract your data using the platform’s built‑in export mechanisms (OData, CSV exports, APIs) while your contract is active. Data extraction is supported as part of regular access. However, any extraction performed after access is revoked, or requiring professional services (e.g., custom migration assistance), may be subject to fees under professional services terms.
