Support costs vary based on the selected support level, service complexity and duration. All pricing is transparent and defined within the G-Cloud pricing documentation, with no hidden charges. Customers can select the support model that best fits their operational and budgetary requirements.

DigitalXRAID provides access to skilled cloud support engineers as part of service delivery. Where required, customers may also be assigned a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) and a customer services specialist to provide service oversight, coordination, and a consistent point of contact. The TAM ensures effective communication, manages service performance, and supports ongoing security improvement.
