We provide each a dedicated Relationship Manager who will be their main point of contact and will be available to be reached by telephone or email during office hours and answer any support enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

A dedicated Engagement Delivery Manager is assigned for this service who will undertake regular Service Reviews with the client where performance against agreed service levels and deliverables is measured and any potential issues highlighted early and any remedial action proactively taken.

Both your Relationship Manager and your Engagement Delivery Manager will available via email at anytime during business hours between Monday to Friday and we aim to respond within 24 hours and address within 48 hours where possible. At certain times in a service provision, it maybe required to provide dedicated support out of normal UK working hours, this can be provided upon prior agreement and may incur an additional charge.

Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

  • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
  • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
