Support Hours: Standard support is provided remotely via our UK helpdesk, 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Maintenance Windows: Emergency maintenance is performed out-of-hours with 24-hour notice where possible.
Scope: Bespoke design is limited to the signed-off storyboard; further changes may incur additional fees.
SME Access: Delivery timelines depend on the timely availability of the Buyer’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Hosting: Content requires a SCORM/xAPI-compliant VLE or LMS for full tracking.

Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00): We target an initial response to all queries within 1 working day. Technical incidents are prioritised based on severity.
Weekends and Bank Holidays: Standard support is not active during these times. Any queries submitted over the weekend will be logged and addressed as a priority on the next working business day.

We provide two distinct levels of support to ensure your digital content remains effective and accessible:
Standard Support (Included): Included in the project cost for the first 90 days post-deployment. This covers technical bug fixes, SCORM/xAPI playback issues, and minor text corrections. Access is via our email helpdesk (09:00–17:00, Mon–Fri).
Enhanced Content Maintenance (Optional): Available for an annual fee (typically 15-20% of project value). This provides proactive accessibility audits, software compatibility updates, (e.g., ensuring H5P/Moodle version alignment), a number of minor text and visual changes, and priority response times.
Dedicated Expertise: Every client is assigned a Dedicated Cloud Support Engineer for technical troubleshooting. For larger-scale digital transformations, we provide a Technical Account Manager (TAM) as part of our premium support tier. The TAM acts as a strategic partner, conducting reviews to ensure your content library continues to meet organisational ROI and pedagogical goals.
