This service is delivered as a fixed term consultancy engagement rather than an ongoing support service. During the engagement, clients have access to their assigned Senior Consultant and Executive sponsor via agreed project governance, meetings and email. There are no tiered support levels, SLAs or out of hours support for this service. Any additional support or follow on work is provided under a separate statement of work and priced using the FuturePaths SFIA aligned rate card.
