End-of-contract process
At the conclusion of the contract term, all services provided under the agreement will cease unless the customer elects to renew. The customer retains the option to renew the contract for an additional term under mutually agreed‑upon conditions. All items and services explicitly priced and listed in the contract are fully included in the contract fee. Any items or services not included in the original pricing will be treated as an add-on product or service. These will only be added through a formal contract amendment, which must be mutually agreed upon and will become binding once executed.

Description of customisation
Users can build custom machine models for entities and event detection using our annotation software. Users can select from statistical or deep neural network (DNN) based models. Users can configure name matching software with over 200 parameters such as name order, deletion of honorifics, etc. Customization is performed by a system administrator or developer on the file system.
