Description of customisation
Colt IP Access is a flexible service offering multiple options in terms of capacity, access interfaces, managed/unmanaged router options, and many other features. All the possible options can be selected at ordering stage by our CRM/SM. If the customer requests for a feature that is not standard, a feasibility study must be raised before placing the order: if feature can be supported, additional costs may be charged.
