The SnapLogic Platform for Generative Integration enables organisations to automate their unique ecosystems of applications, databases, data warehouses, big data, machines and devices, and more with pre-built, intelligent connectors called Snaps.
Snaps help integrators, with or without coding skills, easily connect endpoints to automate business processes and deliver insights. - Cloud deployment model

- Service constraints
-
SnapLogic platform licensing is not included unless explicitly stated and must be procured and maintained by the customer. Legacy/undocumented systems may introduce additional complexity or extend delivery timescales.
Service delivery is dependent on timely provision of system access, credentials, network connectivity, security approvals, and client availability for design, testing, and sign-off. All integrations must comply with customer information assurance, data classification, and security policies, which may constrain architectural options.
Data quality, structure, and ownership remain the responsibility of the customer. Changes to scope, requirements, or third-party dependencies may require re-estimation. Ongoing operational management is not included unless explicitly contracted. - System requirements

- End-of-contract data extraction
-
At contract termination, clients retain full ownership of their integration assets. SnapLogic supports export of all pipelines, project files, configuration settings, connection definitions, logs and metadata. Data processed or generated during integration runs can also be exported, depending on organisational requirements.
Exports use standard structured formats suitable for re-use in alternative integration tools. API-driven extraction may be used where large or complex configurations exist. Clients validate the completeness of exported data before access is withdrawn.
Following validation, SnapLogic removes all client-specific pipelines, projects, logs and configuration records from its environment in accordance with data retention and disposal policies. Documentation describing pipeline structures and configuration elements may also be provided to support migration or archiving.
This process ensures that organisations retain control of their integration assets and can migrate with minimal disruption. - End-of-contract process
-
The offboarding process begins with formal notice and agreement of timelines for extraction, deactivation and access removal. Client teams identify all pipelines, integrations and configurations requiring export. SnapLogic assists in generating and validating exports to ensure they meet migration or archival requirements.
During transition, integrations may continue to run unless otherwise specified. Once exports are confirmed complete, pipeline scheduling is stopped and integrations are gracefully deactivated. Associated API connections, credentials and environmental configurations are removed to prevent later execution.
User accounts are suspended or removed after all required activities are complete. SnapLogic then performs secure deletion of client-specific assets, including pipelines, logs and configuration data. A final confirmation statement may be provided to verify that all data has been removed in accordance with internal governance policies. - Documentation accessibility standard

This ensures integrations remain secure, maintainable, and cost-effective while aligning with public sector cloud and assurance standards.
Scaling
- Independence of resources
- SnapLogic is a cloud-based platform requiring no customer-hosted infrastructure. Pipelines, configuration assets and integration logic can be exported at any time, supporting portability and reducing reliance on proprietary environments. The platform’s extensive API ecosystem enables integration with both cloud and on-premises systems, providing flexibility and avoiding vendor lock-in. Clients maintain ownership of all integration assets.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
SnapLogic delivers its platform via cloud infrastructure designed to support high availability and consistent performance across integration workloads. The environment incorporates redundancy, load balancing and failover capabilities to ensure continuous access to integration pipelines and automation tools. Availability metrics and maintenance notifications are shared with clients to support operational planning.
Routine updates and maintenance are performed with advance communication, typically outside standard business hours. Real-time monitoring is available online (https://trust.snaplogic.com/) and identifies performance issues early, enabling rapid intervention by support teams. The platform’s architecture allows pipelines to run reliably even during periods of increased load. - Approach to resilience
-
SnapLogic’s resilience approach combines cloud-native architecture, redundant infrastructure and continuous replication of integration assets. Pipelines and configurations are stored in resilient environments with automatic backup and recovery mechanisms. The platform supports horizontal scaling, allowing workloads to increase without impacting performance.
Monitoring tools track pipeline performance, resource utilisation and system health. Alerts notify operations teams of anomalies, allowing early intervention. Recovery procedures are in place to restore service quickly in the event of disruption, and engineering updates continuously strengthen platform resilience.
Because SnapLogic separates integration logic from underlying systems, failure in an external system does not compromise the platform. - Outage reporting
-
SnapLogic provides transparency through incident notifications and status updates during outages or performance degradation found at https://trust.snaplogic.com/ and available via user subscriptions. Clients are informed of affected services, current impact and ongoing mitigation efforts. Updates continue throughout the incident until full resolution is achieved.
Following significant incidents, SnapLogic may issue a report describing the root cause, resolution steps and changes made to prevent recurrence. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated ahead of time to minimise operational disruption.

SnapLogic maintains a security framework aligned with industry standards for cloud-based integration platforms. Data in transit and at rest is protected through encryption. Access to the platform is controlled through roles, permissions and secure authentication. Dedicated environments keep customer data separate and protected.
The platform incorporates secure coding practices, vulnerability scanning and regular security reviews. Monitoring systems track access activity, pipeline execution and potential anomalies. Integrations use secure channels and authentication methods to ensure safe data movement between systems.
Security updates and patches are applied routinely to maintain platform integrity. This approach ensures data confidentiality, platform stability and secure operations for organisations using SnapLogic for critical integration workloads. - Software Security Code of Practice
