We offer three levels of technical support designed to meet different operational needs. Standard Support is included with all WithSecure licence products and provides assistance through the support portal, email or phone. It operates on a best-effort basis without defined service-level targets and includes access to documentation, troubleshooting guidance and general support during published hours.
Advanced Support provides more flexible and comprehensive assistance during local business hours. Customers receive priority access to technical support engineers for faster response and issue handling, along with full visibility of their cases through the online ticketing tool. Advanced Support also allows the use of remote connections to speed up troubleshooting and includes defined response-time targets.
Premium Support offers our highest level of coverage and includes 24/7 access to senior technical support teams. It provides accelerated response for business-critical incidents, supports escalation to technical support management, and includes upgrade consultation as well as advanced guidance for malware-removal cases. Premium Support also includes defined response and resolution targets to support critical operational demands.
A Technical Account Manager or Cloud Support Engineer can be provided as an optional paid service for customers requiring tailored guidance and ongoing operational oversight.
