Service scope
- Service constraints
-
The service has some transparent, standard consultancy constraints that buyers should be aware of. These are typical for cloud-based consultancy and implementation services and do not materially limit delivery.
1. Delivery is primarily remote
2. On-site support is optional and chargeable
3. The service configures and extends the People Alchemy platform rather than replacing organisational L&D ownership
4. Integration depends on access to customer systems and stakeholders
5. Support is provided during UK business hours

This service is delivered without formal support tiers. Support is tailored to the scope and duration of the consultancy and implementation services purchased.
Support is provided as part of the consultancy, implementation, and ongoing service described in this Lot 3 offering. All customers receive the same level of access to support appropriate to the scope of services purchased.
There is no additional cost for different support levels, as tiered support packages are not offered under this service.
Each customer is assigned a named account manager who acts as the primary point of contact and coordinates consultancy, implementation activities, and support as required. A dedicated technical account manager or named cloud support engineer is not provided, although technical specialists are engaged as needed during delivery.
