The service supports the stability, performance and ongoing optimisation of implemented solutions through issue resolution, proactive maintenance and access to experienced consultants. Circyl Care is available only in relation to solutions delivered under a Circyl call-off contract.

- Circyl Care is available only in relation to solutions delivered by Circyl under a call-off contract. The service is primarily delivered remotely. On-site support can be provided where required, subject to agreement at call-off stage. Scope, response expectations and coverage are defined per contract and depend on solution complexity, access to systems and agreed support arrangements.

- Support requests are handled during normal business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Requests are acknowledged and responded to within agreed timeframes defined at call-off stage. Support is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. Weekend or extended hours support is not included unless explicitly agreed in the call-off contract.

- Support is provided under a single structured support arrangement rather than fixed tiers. Circyl Care applies to the solution delivered under the call-off contract. A named engagement lead or technical lead acts as the primary point of contact and manages prioritisation, escalation and coordination of support activity. Support coverage, response expectations and use of support time are agreed as part of the call-off contract.
