Performance thresholds are defined in our Service Level Agreement: 95% of page loads within 3.5 seconds, raw data access at 3MB/s or faster, and API query responses at 1.5–8MB/s depending on complexity.
Our SLA defines response times by issue severity: critical issues are acknowledged within 1 business hour with a permanent fix within 5 business days; urgent issues are acknowledged within 1 business day with a permanent fix within 7 business days. Continuous monitoring enables automatic service recovery with an RTO and RPO of 3 business hours each.
Service credits are not currently offered; however, availability and performance are actively monitored, and any service degradation is addressed through our defined incident response process. - Approach to resilience

Individual microservices are continuously monitored and automatically restarted if interrupted, minimising downtime from component failures. Backup and recovery: Incremental data backups are automatically generated, providing a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 3 business hours. Full snapshots are taken nightly, with point-in-time recovery available for the preceding 7 days. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 3 business hours.
Data segregation: Each customer has logically separated metadata databases and isolated storage (AWS S3), ensuring no data crossover between organisations.

All communications include an issue description, an impact assessment, remediation steps, and an estimated resolution time.
