Implementation services are delivered remotely by a globally distributed team of implementation specialists. Post-go-live application support is provided remotely from our Center of Excellence, which operates on a ""follow-the-sun"" model for flexible support hours. On-site services for either implementation or support are available upon request but will incur additional costs. The buyer must hold valid licenses for the ServiceNow module.

L1 support provides initial contact and basic troubleshooting, while L2 manages more complex issues and guides the L1 team.     Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
