Laiye provides a comprehensive online self paced learning academy which caters for all levels of developer users. The material includes numerous training videos as well as reference documentation.

Recognised certification is also available from Level 1 Beginner developer to Level 3 Enterprise developer.

End-of-contract data extraction
All Laiye Creator data is available locally for backup. Laiye Commander would not store data (e.g. customer documents etc) however logs may be exported if needed.

Description of customisation
Laiye's RPA service has three core components, Laiye Creator, Laiye Commander and Laiye Worker. Laiye Commander is used to manage and schedule many RPA bots but may not be needed if only a few automations are required and the automations can be run manually.

Laiye Worker has two run modes, Attended and Unattended. Attended mode is used where a user wishes to run an automation interactively. Unattended workers are used to process automations as part of a background process.

Laiye Workers also have floating and node lcoked licenses. Floating licenses may be run on any host whereas node locked licenses must be attached to a fixed server.

Developers are trained on OWASP top security risks and new code is reviewed by at least one experienced engineer, in addition to self-review by the writing engineer. We also scan third-party libraries against known vulnerabilities, using Github dependant. Libraries are then upgraded or mitigated when vulnerabilities are found.
