We utilise a service that will check the website for specific text every minute. If the check fails, we get alerted immediately. In the unlikely event of this happening (outside of planned downtime), the cause of the issue will be looked into within 30 minutes of receiving the alert.
We also have monitoring in place for disk use, CPU and memory, so we’re on the case long before potential problems arise, ensuring optimal performance at all times. - Incident management type
