As part of your Incident Response Readiness Planning engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will serve as your primary strategic contact throughout the programme. They will ensure our approach aligns with your organisational priorities, existing security capabilities, and overarching resilience objectives.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all operational elements of the engagement. This includes scheduling planning sessions and workshops, managing documentation and evidence requirements, tracking progress against agreed milestones, and ensuring all deliverables are produced in a structured and timely manner.
To lead the technical and procedural aspects of the readiness planning, we will also allocate a specialist Incident Response Consultant. With extensive expertise in incident management frameworks, playbook development, threat‑led response planning, and organisational preparedness, the consultant will assess your current capabilities, develop tailored response procedures, and provide expert guidance to strengthen your readiness posture.
This tiered support model—strategic oversight from your Account Manager, structured coordination from your Project Manager, and deep technical expertise from an experienced Incident Response Consultant—ensures a comprehensive, practical, and high‑quality approach to enhancing your organisation’s incident response readiness.
