Support levels
Advanced Support is provided as a single enhanced support level, positioned above standard product support and focused on mission-critical Qlik deployments. It delivers prioritized, proactive, and accelerated technical support rather than multiple tiered options.

Advanced Support is priced as a percentage of the customer’s Qlik software annual contract value. The standard price is 20 percent of license ACV, excluding consulting and education services, with regional minimum charges applying. The service is co-termed with the underlying Qlik subscription.

Advanced Support does not include a named technical account manager, cloud support engineer, or Customer Success Manager as a contractual entitlement. Support is delivered through a team-based model led by senior Technical Support Engineers and technical advocates. Customer Success Engineers may contribute to onboarding, proactive check-ins, and complex remediation activities, but they are not named or dedicated resources under this service.
