- This service provides a call off allowance for minor changes, consultancy and low priority incident guidance. It is not suitable for larger scale development or project delivery. Requests for service are fulfilled remotely; and are based on resource bookings with our delivery team dependant upon existing commitments. It is not suitable for time sensitive development work or incident response.

- --We can provide remote 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd level support for Office 365 users post-deployment. --All services are delivered by a full-time team of cloud support engineers, managed by our Service Delivery Manager. --This is complemented by Practice Specialists from the Technical Delivery team. The UK based IT helpdesk provides support to customers 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday via phone, email, and our website. Extended cover is available 8.00-18.00; and out of hours by arrangement. --The majority of queries and issues we receive can be resolved remotely by our Service Desk, ensuring a fast, efficient response.
