Establish a secure link between business systems and Microsoft 365. Once editing of a document is initiated, Connect 365 places it in a temporary and secure location in Microsoft Azure. Once editing is finished the document is safely returned to the system of origin and all traces are removed.

You may report any suspected error to DaniaSoftware. You will provide DaniaSoftware with a detailed, written description and documentation of the suspected error. DaniaSoftware will investigate the facts and circumstances related there to and you will cooperate with DaniaSoftware’s investigation. If DaniaSoftware finds that the Software contains an error, DaniaSoftware will use all commercially reasonable efforts to correct the error. An error correction may consist of a separate patch, a workaround or it may be included in a future release of the Software, at the discretion of DaniaSoftware.

End-of-contract data extraction
Data is only saved temporarily in a delimited temporary location in Connect 365's infrastructure, where the document is opened in Office Online. When one is done editing, the document is returned for archiving in the EDRMS system and deleted immediately after in Connect 365. Therefore, no data will ever persist in Connect 365 for the customer to extract.
End-of-contract process
The Recipient shall be liable to delete and/or destroy all files in electronic form, including all copies of all media on which they are saved upon termination of contract.The client shall likewise certify to Dania that these obligations have been filled.
