- Data is only saved temporarily in a delimited temporary location in Connect 365's infrastructure, where the document is opened in Office Online. When one is done editing, the document is returned for archiving in the EDRMS system and deleted immediately after in Connect 365. Therefore, no data will ever persist in Connect 365 for the customer to extract.
