Support levels may vary based on factors including supported environments, application complexity, service hours, monitoring requirements, and third-party integrations. As a result, support costs and service levels are defined on a per-customer basis.
Support levels typically include:
- 24/7 Full Stack Support covering applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure
- Defined incident severity levels (P1–P4) with associated response and target resolution times
- Access to named support engineers for continuity and operational familiarity
- Escalation to senior engineers and service management as required
- Availability of Technical Account Management for service oversight and coordination
