- Service is delivered remotely, primarily from the UK, with additional remote support resources where appropriate. Any overseas-based support staff operate under UK management, UK GDPR-aligned processes, and contractual confidentiality obligations. Customers must own and maintain their cloud environments and identity platforms. Virtual Edge does not provide hosting, penetration testing, or security monitoring services. Internet connectivity is required. Support hours and response times are agreed at call-off.

Out-of-hours support may be provided by prior agreement for priority security issues. - Virtual Edge provides flexible support levels aligned to customer security needs and agreed at call-off. Standard Support includes remote security and identity configuration support during UK business hours, incident advice related to security misconfiguration, and ongoing guidance to improve cloud security posture. Enhanced Support includes all Standard Support features with faster response targets, priority handling for security-related issues, scheduled security reviews, and proactive configuration guidance. Pricing is provided as a monthly fee based on environment size, complexity, and required response levels. Customers are supported by a dedicated cloud security engineer, with optional technical account management for service oversight and continuous improvement.
