Getting started
We will run a kick off meeting to get a good understanding of your business, culture, people , values and your learning and development strategy. We will do a deep dive of your challenges and run a strategy workshop with a focus on your organisations values, focus areas, business goals , capabilities and gaps. We will build a proposal with you learning content strategy.

Together with this, we will understand how you measure performance in accordance to L&D and we will help to create the combined strategy using our rewards based and data driven technology. We will recommend all of this through a proposal.

Once you approve, we will launch our partnership giving you greater brand equity to our diverse audience. After this, we are ready to support your teams.

Any historic data including certificates, and historic data regarding the completion of the learning by your learners can can be downloaded and stored within your learning platform

You are granted access to Niyo Labs, equipped with learner management capabilities, enabling you to efficiently oversee and manage your learning initiatives through your own personalised learning path.

Niyo's off-the-shelf e-learning content comprises HTML5 packages crafted using our proprietary authoring tools ensuring SCORM compliance. These packages are fully responsive, adapting seamlessly from PC to mobile phone screens. Meticulously developed to function across various browsers and operating systems, guaranteeing optimal accessibility.

Our offerings include in-house produced videos, seamlessly integrated within the .zip file. This approach eliminates compatibility issues, ensuring smooth deployment without the need for whitelisting.

Our accessibility interface is fit for purpose for diverse groups of people. We do this through our accessibility widget embedded to every page on our platform to enable our platform to be dyslexia friendly, ADHD friendly, those who are motor-impaired , visually impaired and colour blind.

We have developed our platform to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standards to enhance the experience for all users where possible, however we cannot guarantee certain standards as we use of a lot of video that may not always work in an accessible format.
