PPN 06/20 Theme 1 - Covid-19 Recovery
During covid we did not furlough or fire any staff, despite the troubling economic outlook. We already allowed home working and were fully setup and provided regular check in’s and “Water Cooler” events, and “Brown bag thought leadership weekly events”. We gave our staff flexible working and were very accommodating of childcare needs.
Whilst Covid is not as prevalent as it was previously, we are still maintaining these working practices and continue to support our staff with a flexible working approach.Tackling economic inequality
Integrella offers a Pre-Graduate Trainee Program - Our unique trainee program partners with local London universities like City, University of London, and goes beyond just training. We integrate real-world project experience, mentorship from senior professionals, and a guaranteed job offer upon completion. We have created a pipeline that's not just a career starter but a life-changer.
We have relationships with universities in UK and India, we will actively recruit and develop their skills. These are cyclical opportunities as they link to the academic year.
We also support opportunities and internships for disadvantaged young people to supplement their academic learnings with on-the-job commercial experience.
We closely monitor each individual’s progress both by from our HR professionals supporting them but also with technical mentors to guide their development. We on-board all staff with inductions and boot camps.Equal opportunity
Integrella, is London based and has a diverse workforce of 100 employees split between the UK and India, is committed to addressing economic inequality in line with PPN 06/20 Theme 2.

PPN 06/20 Theme 5 - Wellbeing
We recognise the importance of well being in the workplace and our community. Three years ago we centred our business values and culture around Ikigai values. The results have been outstanding. Staff turnover rates are extremely low and happiness has improved considerably well under industry averages.
Current Health and Well-being Support for Staff:
We have put Ikigai principles at the heart of our corporate values. Creating a nurturing environment for staff to perform at their best and strive for greatness in their career as well as delivering great outcomes for clients and rewarding excellence.
We have a benefits scheme where staff can take advantage of private health insurance. This comprehensive package, provides support to staff in times of need and allows them to take advantage of services, including access to GP’s, Private Dental and additional resources such as counselling, mental health services, and wellness programs to employees.
All staff have a direct line-manager with whom they have regular weekly 1-1 meetings. These meetings are confidential and provides staff with reassurance to be open and transparent about any health and wellbeing related issues.
Each week our HR Manager shares insights offering general advice and links covering different topics including, Education and further advancement, Tips on managing finances and improving individual Well-being.
Our staff retention has dramatically improved over the past 3 years since we introduced:
Cycle to work, discount off gym membership, private health insurance and access to discounted rates at a local wellbeing spa.
Remote and flexible working.
Employee Training and Development. Our staff are our biggest asset, we continually invest in training and “weekly brown bag knowledge sharing sessions”. Our staff completed over 50 certifications in the past year alone.
