Our Environmental Management System describes our processes for identifying the activities, ser-vices and products related to our business operations and we have committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions, as described in our published Carbon Reduction Plan. We maintain a register of the environmental impacts that have been identified as common to our provision of services. Our Technical Leads consider these at each contract start-up and will liaise with Buyer staff, as ap-propriate, to identify opportunities to mitigate these core elements and identify other potential opportunities. We will work with Buyers to promote suppliers who have committed to working to-wards a Net Carbon Zero target. When delivering services, where appropriate, we will conduct an analysis of any new products required that meet both the technical requirements are manufactured to support lower carbon consumption, reducing the environmental impact (e.g. power supplies). Where practical, we will reduce staff travel through the use of secure remote access, video-conferencing and collaborative tools (e.g. Jira).
