How the planning service works
In the discovery phase, we assist the client in evaluating the planning timeline, define tasks and any dependencies that will need to be considered before, during and after the important transition you are going to embark on. We provide MML (Master Migration List), RAID to ensure high quality Project Management. Client must provide 1st pass scheduling MML template containing items at the LATEST T-35 days before cutover event(s) and the FINAL version at T-10. Go / No Go event decision must be validated no later than T-10 deadline.

Google and Microsoft are heterogeneous systems so permissions to files and sharing varies greatly and will need to be discussed. Your selected ISV migration vendor limitations will apply. Large volumes and number of files impact timelines and will determine migration approach, either Pre -staging and cut over or migration and Back fill approach.

Early Life Support: This is your Hyper care support for any migrated data. A dedicated Team of Service Desk personnel led by a Team Leader who managed your migration will be responsible to triaging support tickets and ensure quality response time and resolution.
We use priority levels SLA, depending on your project we agree acceptable Incident response time and Incident escalation and resolution. Some of standards range between 1 to 8 hours for response time and 4 to 48 hours for escalation and resolution based on criticality.
