Support is provided as part of the annual subscription on a best endeavours basis. Support issues will initally be dealt with by Syntech directly including general usage, and software. Where issues cannot be resolved by Syntech we will liase directly on the client's behalf with TRX Systems through to resolution.

The Signal Mapper Android app provides local processing and a UI display to show the calulated location and coverage data parameters being recorded. Data and floorplans can be shared via the associated cloud service or contained locally.
The collected data can be further processed and reported by the GUI using a Windows PC and Signal Mapper Command software.

Users of the system can raise issues about potential threats which will be passed back to TRX Systems who would investigate and if necessary provide a temporary security patch or permanent fix.
