As part of your DPO‑as‑a‑Service engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will act as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure our service aligns with your organisational data protection needs, regulatory obligations, and ongoing compliance objectives under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. This includes scheduling regular compliance reviews, managing requests for advice or assessments, tracking open actions, and ensuring all elements of the DPO service are delivered in a structured, transparent, and efficient manner.
To lead the statutory, regulatory, and advisory aspects of the engagement, we will allocate a qualified Data Protection Officer (DPO). With deep expertise in data protection law, DPIAs, risk assessments, breach management, and governance frameworks, your DPO will work closely with your teams to provide independent advice, monitor compliance, assess risks, and support you in maintaining alignment with regulatory expectations.
