- Support levels
- OWA offers a core level of ongoing technical support for the applications we produce to all customers who take out an annual support arrangement. This is based on an agreed number of hours which the customer can raise support tickets against and top-up throughout the course of an agreement. A member of the technical team who has worked on the implementation in question will respond to the ticket. Support agreements vary in price and are dependent on the number of hours requested in the annual arrangement. Technical support provision outside of office hours is possible by arrangement and is costed separately.
