- How the planning service works
- SRC UK fully engages with the customer at the earliest opportunity to start to build strong working relationships and fully identify key business drivers . We provide a suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) team to create solutions. We have a team of specialists that we include at the planning stage dependent on the requirements. This allows us to correctly capture the requirements as a collaborative team and provide cost effective solutions in a timely manner. We find that this full stakeholder through life engagement and a collaborative approach between customer and supplier is essential to ensure the delivered solution is fit for purpose and meets the business need.

Quality assurance and performance testing
- Quality assurance and performance testing service
- Yes
- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- A detailed understanding of the requirements and the implementation lifecycle to be adopted allows development of KPI's and QA points. Full feedback procedures enable SRC UK to provide transparent progression to both the development team and the customer. Test and acceptance criteria are a vital part of the requirements identification process. Definitions of 'done' for all key areas are created at the start of the project to ensure a common definition of ‘success’ is understood by both the customer and supplier. When operating using Agile methodology, test and acceptance criteria are created as a component part of the user stories and documentation. All produced documentation and delivery go through a quality assurance process both internally and externally with the customer. A test strategy is developed to ensure the requirements have been met throughout any development, this is carried out with the customer when appropriate. Performance testing validates the process at set intervals during the programme, with final testing ensuring delivery of a product that meets, if not exceeds, the customer’s requirements.
