How the planning service works
We provide planning services for the implementation of cloud-hosted Automated Design technologies.

We work with the client organisation to;

1. Understand the opportunity for automated design to support business change

2. Identify the short, medium- and long-term benefits of automated design

3. Recognise the stakeholders – both inside and outside of the client organisation – that are affected by automated design.

We acknowledge that the development and deployment of enterprise-wide automated design capabilities is not a simple or straightforward process. Our team of computational designers will develop a strategic vision for the implementation of automated design and develop a specific, detailed ‘road map’ for client organisations to begin their journey and match growth in competence to realisable benefits along the way.

We will review the existing technology vendor landscape to identify and advise on the right solution for each part of the technology strategy.

We are able to create POC demonstrations, to help make strategic visions more tangible and to better engage with stakeholders.
We can develop bespoke plans that integrate with existing client design automation (or other business systems) or that are completely new and standalone.
