Programme, Project management service provides the creation and validation of programme and project level plans , delivery roadmap and brienf. This covers breaking down the scope into deliverables, group them into projects, programme increments , and create individual schedules and resource plans. The project plans include input from solution design, security, developer teams as well as business counterparts.
Planning will encompass the availability of resources , major milestones for projects or programme increments as well as dependencies between the interlinked projects within the delivery programme. Additionally this service will also provide strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities
