We'll scope out developments, working with cloud suppliers to provide costed, achievable plans which meet requirements, using established and tested tools. We'll work with you to populate cloud systems with schedules, virtual stops and vehicles. We'll plan how you should link different suppliers' services together - e.g. ticketing, portal, scheduling, travel planning systems. We'll then work with your chosen contact centre to embed services. We can provide web portal access to systems and help with configuration of cloud services such as creation of semi-scheduled services.
