North provide support of the IOT Scotland on a 24x7 basis as the operator of the network.
North provide our customers with support 5 days a week, 8hrs per day for technical issues on the connection to the network. This is provided through our Service Desk and Network Operations Centre where we have technical resources available either remotely or an engineer to site to support the network.
North can provide 24x7 support to organisation if required at an additional cost which would be aligned to the specific requirement
North allocate a technical account manager to each customer to assist with the onboarding and ongoing use of the network and the associated use cases
