How the training service works
Remote access training is provided to new and existing users. This includes set up and installation of the software, integration with hardware and training and in both basic and advanced features of the software, including initialising voice profile and setting up auto commands. Training includes 12 months unlimited remote access techincal and service support.

How the support service works
We provide unlimited support 12 months contracts to our users via telephone, email and remote support. We have dedicated person within our team to assist our customers. We use Teamviewer or Quick Assist to log on remotely.
