- SS&C Blue Prism's consultancy services extend to the boundaries of a client's SS&C Blue Prism implementation. Our expert consultants will advise on all aspects of the configuration and use of the product, including support for integrating or interacting with third-party solutions. This support extends to the boundary of the SS&C Blue Prism platform and the team is unable to provide advice or insight on third-party products or services themselves, even where these are connected to the SS&C Blue Prism implementation.

- SS&C Blue Prism customers are supported by all in-house resources. There are two different levels of support for our Software – Production Support and Business Critical Support. Pricing for each is available in the Pricing Document. Production Support: All customers have access to our full database of online troubleshooting and training resources and can open cases using the customer web portal. It includes authorisation for up to 10 contacts to open support tickets and guaranteed email support during normal business hours for the country of purchase. For urgent issues (P1), our support staff will respond within one hour. You will also receive access to our online support resources and community forums. Business Critical Support: This is designed to meet the needs of customers who have deployed mission-critical automations, guaranteeing 24x7 support and availability and prompt response time and resolutions. In addition to quarterly meetings and regular reviews of support cases, you will benefit from a designated support team who will be familiar with the specifics of your deployment and can quickly provide customised support to ensure that you are receiving the maximum benefit and success from your SS&C Blue Prism investment.
