Waterstons’ service desk operates under the guidelines of the ITIL framework. We categorise calls into incidents, problems and change requests using our ITSM Tool Freshservice. Waterstons’ service desk system is ITIL aligned and allows for the assignment of SLA’s according to Waterstons standards. Incidents are prioritised according to their urgency and severity – the combination of which dictates the priority of the incident.
Waterstons typically assign a dedicated Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to our clients whose role it is to manage the BAU relationship and overall performance of our services such that all requests are coordinated via our team in a seamless and consistent manner.
