On-site support is available where required but may be subject to location, access arrangements, and agreed response times. The service supports public cloud and customer-owned environments but does not include the provision of underlying cloud infrastructure. Changes to scope, service hours, or support levels may require agreement through a formal change process.

This includes validation with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Feedback from users is reviewed to identify accessibility issues, with improvements implemented through configuration changes or vendor updates where required.

Citycom provides flexible support levels designed to meet varying operational and budgetary requirements.
Standard Support is included as part of the core service at no additional cost. It provides access to the service desk during UK business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), incident logging via email, ticketing, web chat, and phone, along with remote troubleshooting, monitoring, and regular service reporting.
Enhanced Support is available at an additional cost and extends coverage beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends. This level includes faster response times for priority incidents, proactive service reviews, and enhanced monitoring. Pricing is agreed per call-off contract, based on scope, service hours, and required response times.
24x7 Critical Incident Support can be provided where required for business-critical services. This is priced separately and applies to agreed priority incidents only, with defined escalation and response commitments.
All support levels include access to qualified cloud support engineers. For Enhanced and 24x7 services, a named Technical Account Manager (TAM) is provided, acting as the primary point of contact for service governance, escalation management, and continuous improvement.
