We aim to up-skill and progress as many of our staff as possible with the aim of building long-term employment for all our team members.

MGISS support local supply chains (SME) which account for 30% of our operational expenditure. We have a robust set of supplier policies which ensure all our partners are committed to our own vision for sustainability and we ensure their business processes match our strict requirements around data & information security, wellbeing, equality, quality, and sustainability.
