Buyers must provide accurate identifiers and authorisations before monitoring begins. Service availability depends on external data sources and hosting infrastructure; while best efforts are applied ie some feeds may be temporarily unavailable due to provider limits.

1) Standard Support: Included in all Threat Intelligence Managed Service subscriptions. This covers secure portal access, account management, advisory calls, report QA, and escalation handling. Standard support operates Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (UK time), with responses within four hours during these hours. Outside standard hours, we make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, with queries addressed next business day. There are no hidden costs for advisory hours during standard support.
2) Enhanced Support: Optional packages provide extended hours or 24×7 coverage for critical incidents, priced according to agreed SLAs and scope. These packages are tailored for organisations requiring continuous monitoring and rapid escalation.
3) Technical Lead: A dedicated Technical Lead can be assigned at an extra cost for complex environments .
4) Account Manager (AM): Assigned to manage scoping, scheduling, communication, and client success throughout the engagement.
